The MRX Diversity Champion award was created to honor individuals in the market research field of all gender-identities who are actively embracing all aspects of diversity: encouraging investment in a diverse workforce in market research, and embodying the values of respect, dignity, autonomy, and equality. The award will recognize those making a positive difference in others’ lives and our industry through their significant contributions in the arena of diversity.

The aim of Wire’s in Color group is to raise the visibility of Women of Color in and outside of the market research industry and to further progress the conversation of workplace inclusion by championing racial and cultural diversity and equity in our field.

Designed with the unique needs of woman leaders in our industry in mind, it offers a trusted space to exchange ideas, build strategic relationships, and influence the future of the Insights industry.

The Accelerate program was created to "bridge the gap" in professional development opportunities for women and diverse professionals. It consists of comprehensive virtual courses with modules on topics like OKRs, business finance, career planning, and more. Built with busy professionals and caregivers in mind, each module can be completed in under two hours and there is no set timeline for completion. Participants who complete the program receive a certificate of completion and access to an ongoing network of industry professionals.
